It also increases fees to fund the building commissioner and fire marshal's efforts toward a statewide electronic plan review, permit management, and inspection system..

The article also establishes the "musical and theatrical production tax credit," up to a $15 million cap and requires annual reports from alcoholic beverage wholesalers and retailers.
